Inclusive Leadership and Psychological Contract Fulfilment: A Source of Proactivity and Well-Being for Knowledge Workers

Proactivity is a particularly important attribute of knowledge-intensive companies, where work that requires enhancing the potential employees in sustainable working environment crucial.
