Inclusive Leadership and Psychological Contract Fulfilment: A Source of Proactivity and Well-Being for Knowledge Workers

Proactivity is a particularly important attribute of knowledge-intensive companies, where work that requires enhancing the potential employees in sustainable working environment crucial. Another challenge for these firms to account increasing importance functioning cognitive mechanisms leading increased well-being knowledge workers following implementation psychological contract. The aim this article identify relationship between inclusive leadership, fulfilment contract, two dimensions (workplace and life-related well-being), workers’ proactivity. Based on survey data collected using CAWI method from 1000 employed Polish companies business services sector, research hypotheses proposed study were tested stepwise equation-modelling (SEM) technique, which resulted model containing all main constructs. results obtained indicate leadership positively relates Furthermore, contract associates proactive behavior with wellbeing workers.
